All of our Basswood Blinds and shutters are coated with the Diamond-flo Finish, a revolutionary UV process to ensure resistance and color vibrance. Diamond-flo is like coating your Basswood blinds with liquid diamonds!
Ensuring the best unobstructed view possible, Basswood blinds feature a maximum spacing between ladders of 20". Furthermore, to minimize light filtering, all Basswood blinds are manufactured with trapezoid bottom rails providing a tight slat closure.
The Diamond-flo Finish Includes:
Scratch Resistant. Diamond-flo Finish uses the same technology used in the flooring industry, achieving 300% greater resistance to scratches
Colorfastness. Special UV inhibitors in the Diamond-flow finish protect our natural wood stain from fading and our white finishes from yellowing.
Moisture Resistant. Diamond-flo finish forms a protective barrier around the slat that provides twice the life span of conventional finishes.
